In the past two weeks I have bought a second heat/air unit from your company. I have also referred several family and a few of my patients over the past several years. The service people I have met through installling my units are knowledgeable polite,quick and efficent. The inital service person he encouraged to take advantage of the tax rebate and get a new energy saving unit. The installers worked tirelessly in cold rain with darkness falling. Both of these installers never lost their patients and made sure their work area was left clean and in order. Too many times only the bad reports are given,the good comments are often pushed aside. During a weekend, I experienced a heat loss in my condo. I want to tell you how much I appreciated the rapid response by your service technician that evening to diagnose the problem and give me some options to consider since my heating unit was aging(even on Sunday) to tell him if I wanted a new unit installed, and he was so gracious that morning as well.
